Useful Information

Booking Policy

Reservations at Complex Castalia are made based on accommodation availability and are considered confirmed only after acceptance of the request and payment of the deposit established at the time of booking.

Reservations made online or by phone become valid only after confirmation of accommodation availability and after payment of the deposit to the account communicated by the guesthouse.

To guarantee the reservation, payment of a deposit between 30% and 50% of the total stay value is required, depending on the period booked and the number of places requested. The deposit represents the guarantee of the reservation and the blocking of the room for the requested period.

The paid deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. At the guest’s request, subject to availability, the reservation may be rescheduled for another period, provided that the request is submitted in writing at least 15 days before the arrival date.

If the guest does not show up on the scheduled date for accommodation and does not notify the delay in advance, the reservation is considered a no-show, and the paid deposit is non-refundable.

In case of shortening the stay or early departure, the amounts paid for the reserved period are non-refundable and cannot be compensated with other services.

For tourist packages and special offers (Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year’s Eve), a penalty equal to the value of the deposit paid is charged for cancellation. The deposit cannot be used for services other than those for which it was charged.

- → The reservation is maintained on the arrival day until 6:00 PM. If the guest is delayed and does not notify the estimated arrival time in advance, the guesthouse reserves the right to consider the reservation a no-show and to release the room.
- → For arrivals after 6:00 PM, guests are requested to notify the guesthouse in advance to maintain the reservation.

Late arrivals: If guests arrive after the scheduled time for dinner service, the meal corresponding to the arrival day is not postponed and cannot be compensated with other services. For late arrivals, guests are requested to notify the guesthouse in advance.

The guesthouse reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the following situations:
- → if the deposit or full payment is not made within the communicated deadline
- → in case of providing erroneous information regarding the reservation
- → in case of violation of the terms and conditions or internal regulations

Access with food and drinks from outside the accommodation facility is not permitted.

By making a reservation at Complex Castalia, guests confirm that they have read and accepted the booking policy, terms and conditions, and internal regulations of the guesthouse.
